What Mel does, in plain words

Mel is the AI sales agent built into Rite33. She is designed for manufacturers, producers, artisans, and small workshops that make real things and want to sell them to real buyers in other countries — without hiring an export team, without paying a sales agent commission, and without spending the next two years learning cold outreach.

Every night, while you sleep, Mel searches the world for businesses that buy what you make: importers, distributors, retailers, hotels, restaurants, design studios, specialty shops. She reads their websites, their catalogs, their press coverage, and matches them against your products, your category, your price point, and the markets you want to enter.

By morning, you have a short list of verified buyers waiting in your dashboard. Real companies, real contact people, real reasons they would care about your work. Not a scraped spreadsheet — a curated brief, written in plain English, with the buyer's website, their focus, and why Mel chose them for you.

You pick the ones you like. Mel writes the first email, in your voice, referencing what the buyer actually does. You read it, edit a sentence if you want, and hit send. Replies come back into the same dashboard. Mel watches the thread, drafts the next message, reminds you when a buyer goes quiet, and keeps every conversation moving until it becomes an order.

A morning with Mel — what it actually looks like

Mel sends a WhatsApp message at 07:30: "Design Floors UK just placed a reorder — 3,000 units of your terracotta line. Same specs as last time. Want me to confirm and queue the invoice?" You reply "yes" with one thumb while your coffee is still brewing.

At 14:12, another message: "Kinomoto in Kyoto replied to your outreach. They want samples of 6 pieces. One thing — they mentioned 'Mediterranean ceramics' in their reply. That's a hint they want warm tones. Your terracotta + Porto blue fits perfectly. Want me to prioritize those in the sample pack?" You answer "go ahead." Mel ships the samples Monday.

At 20:18 in the evening, you ask Mel for a status check. She replies: "Strong week so far. 4 new buyers contacted, 2 replied positively, 1 reorder confirmed. Want me to queue 20 German importers for tomorrow morning?" You say yes. Mel queues them, drafts the messages overnight, and you wake up to fresh outreach ready for review.

Why manufacturers choose Rite33

Built for makers, not marketers. Rite33 is not a generic CRM bolted onto an AI. It is a workshop-first product. The language is plain. The screens are quiet. The defaults assume you would rather be in your studio than at a desk. If you can write a WhatsApp message, you can run an export business with Mel.

Verified buyers, not scraped lists. Every buyer Mel surfaces has a website, a real business, a contact path, and a reason to care about your category. Where customs records exist, Mel uses them as the source of truth. Where they do not, she cross-checks public sources and tells you what she found and what she did not.

Messages that sound like you. Mel learns your voice from your products, your About page, and the way you reply. She drafts in plain language, in English, referencing the buyer's actual work — not "Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this email finds you well." If you want to change a sentence, you change it. If you want her to rewrite, she rewrites.

One dashboard for everything. Buyers, messages, replies, follow-ups, deals — all in one place. No tab-switching between LinkedIn, Gmail, a spreadsheet, and a notes app. The dashboard is quiet by default and loud only when something needs you.

Replies in your inbox. Connect your own email and outreach goes from your address. Replies land in your normal inbox and inside Rite33 at the same time. The buyer never sees a third-party tool. The relationship is yours, always.

The four things Mel handles for you

1. Wake up to new buyers every morning. Mel searches every night across the markets you care about. She reads thousands of company sites, customs records, and trade press, and brings you a short, ranked list of verified buyers in your category. You see the name, the country, the website, the buying focus, and the reason Mel chose them. No spreadsheets, no scraping, no spam.

2. Messages that sound like you, written for you. Mel drafts every outreach message from your products and the buyer's profile. The first line references something specific about the buyer — a recent collection, a hotel partner, a press mention. The body explains what you make and why it would feel at home in their range. You approve, edit, or rewrite. Then send.

3. Every conversation, followed up for you. Mel tracks every thread across email and WhatsApp. When a buyer replies, she suggests the next message. When a buyer goes quiet, she pings you with a soft reminder and a draft follow-up. When a buyer asks about MOQ, lead times, or pricing, she pulls your standard terms and drafts the answer. You stay in control; Mel stays on top.

4. Know what's working. Do more of it. Rite33 shows you which products land, which markets respond, which message styles get replies, and which buyers convert. No vanity metrics. Just the handful of numbers that tell you where to spend your next hour.

Who Rite33 is for

Rite33 is built for the people who actually make things. Ceramicists in Porto. Leather workshops in Florence. Textile mills in Coimbatore. Furniture makers in Oaxaca. Olive oil pressers in Crete. Jewelers in Jaipur. Shoemakers in Lima. Tea farmers in Sri Lanka. Coffee roasters in Antigua. Knife forgers in Seki. Anyone who makes a real, physical thing and wants to sell it to a real, international buyer without disappearing into the noise of a marketplace.

If you are a brand, a designer, a producer, or a workshop, and you have ever thought "the world should know about this — but I do not have the time, the language, or the network to reach them," Rite33 was built for you.

What you do not have to do

You do not have to learn cold outreach. You do not have to buy a buyer database. You do not have to maintain a CRM. You do not have to write English emails from scratch. You do not have to chase replies. You do not have to remember who you contacted three weeks ago. You do not have to build a sales team. You do not have to pay commission. You do not have to leave your workshop. You do not have to fly to a trade show. You do not have to learn another piece of software. You just have to keep making the work; Mel handles the rest.

Frequently asked, plainly answered

Is the Free plan really free? Yes. 50 credits per month, no card required, no time limit. You can run real outreach on the Free plan. You only pay when you decide Mel is worth more credits than the free tier gives you.

Does Mel send emails from my address? Yes, when you connect your own email. Outreach goes from your domain, replies land in your inbox, and the buyer never sees a third-party tool. You stay the sender of record.

What languages does Mel speak? The Rite33 dashboard supports six languages. Outreach messages are always written in English by default — that is the language international buyers expect, and it gives your messages the best chance of being read and answered. Mel can translate replies for you and summarize conversations in your own language.

Can I talk to Mel on WhatsApp? Yes. Mel has her own WhatsApp number. You can ask her for status, request searches, approve drafts, and read summaries from your phone, in the app you already use every day.

How does Mel verify buyers? Mel checks customs records first, where they exist, then cross-references company websites, trade press, and public business data. Each buyer card shows the source of the information and a confidence score. You always know what Mel knows and how she knows it.

Where is my data stored? Rite33 runs on Lovable Cloud with row-level security. Your buyers, messages, and contacts belong to your workspace. We do not sell or share your data. See our privacy policy for the full details.

Categories Mel works with

Mel finds buyers across the categories where small and mid-sized makers compete on quality, story, and craft rather than scale. Ceramics and tableware. Leather goods, bags, and small accessories. Footwear and shoes. Furniture, lighting, and home objects. Textiles, rugs, and home linens. Jewelry, watches, and precious metals. Specialty food and beverage — olive oil, coffee, tea, chocolate, spices, honey, spirits. Cosmetics, skincare, and natural beauty. Apparel and fashion accessories. Toys, games, and crafts. Stationery, paper goods, and gifts. Pet products. Outdoor and lifestyle gear. Art objects and collectibles. If you make it by hand or in a small batch, Mel knows the buyers who want it.

Markets Mel covers

Mel searches for buyers across every major importing market in the world: the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and the Nordic and Baltic regions. Tell Mel which markets matter to you, and she focuses her nightly search there. Tell her you are open to anywhere, and she ranks the markets where your category sells best.

What a buyer card looks like

Every buyer Mel surfaces appears as a card with the company name, country, website, business type, and a one-paragraph brief in plain English. The brief explains who the buyer is, what they sell, who their customers are, and why Mel chose them for you. Below the brief, you see the source of the data — customs records, company website, press, or trade directory — and a confidence score. Below that, the contact path: an email address, a phone number, a contact form, or a verified person to reach. Below that, a draft outreach message, written in your voice, ready to send.

Three short stories

Maria, ceramics workshop in Porto. Maria runs a small studio with three potters. She had never sent a cold email in her life. She signed up for Rite33 on a Tuesday, told Mel about her hand-thrown stoneware for hospitality clients, and went back to the wheel. By Friday morning, Mel had introduced her to a boutique hotel ceramics buyer in Kyoto. Two weeks later, Maria shipped her first international order — six sample pieces, then a 200-unit purchase order, then a standing relationship. Maria did not change anything about how she works; she just let Mel run the outreach in the background.

Aman, leather goods from Florence. Aman makes hand-stitched leather bags. He had a Shopify store, an Instagram following, and zero international wholesale buyers. He spent a weekend telling Mel about his collections. Within a month, Mel had opened conversations with twelve specialty leather retailers across Germany, Japan, and the United States. Three placed orders. One became a recurring stockist. Aman never wrote a single cold email; he only reviewed and approved.

Priya, textile mill in Coimbatore. Priya's family runs a small textile mill that has been weaving for three generations. They wanted to move beyond their domestic clients and reach European home brands. Priya signed up, uploaded her catalog, and let Mel handle the outreach. Six weeks in, the mill had its first conversations with two Scandinavian home goods chains and a French concept store. The orders are smaller than the mill's domestic clients — but the margins are higher, the relationships are direct, and Priya now knows what European buyers actually want.

What you can ask Mel

You can ask Mel anything in plain language, in chat or on WhatsApp. Some examples of things people ask every day:

"Find me importers of artisan ceramics in Germany." "Draft a reply to Kinomoto about MOQ." "What did Design Floors UK order last time?" "Summarize this week's outreach." "Pause the search for Spain — too quiet." "Add Switzerland to my markets." "Translate this reply into English." "Show me which products are getting the most interest." "Remind me to follow up with Atelier Céramique on Friday." "What is a fair MOQ for boutique hotel buyers?" "Write three subject line options for the Nordic Living pitch." Mel answers, drafts, edits, and gets out of the way.

How Rite33 is different from a CRM

A CRM is a filing cabinet. You put data in, you take data out, and the work of finding buyers, writing messages, and chasing replies is yours. Rite33 is the opposite. The work happens by default; the dashboard is where you confirm, adjust, and take credit. You do not maintain Rite33; Rite33 maintains your pipeline. You do not log activities; Mel logs them as she does the work. You do not configure stages and statuses; the system reflects the conversation as it actually unfolds. If you have ever felt that a CRM is something you have to feed, Rite33 is the opposite of that feeling.

Privacy, ownership, and trust

Your buyers are your buyers. Your messages are your messages. Your contacts are your contacts. We do not sell, share, or aggregate your data. We do not train models on your conversations. We do not show your buyers to other users. Rite33 runs on Lovable Cloud with row-level security; every workspace is isolated. Outreach goes from your email; replies land in your inbox; the relationship is yours. If you ever leave Rite33, you can export everything in CSV. We earn the right to keep you by being useful, not by locking you in. See the privacy policy and terms of service for the legal details.

About Rite33 and Michelet Kapital AS

Rite33 is built and operated by Michelet Kapital AS, a Norwegian company. The team behind Rite33 has spent years working with small manufacturers, exporters, and craft producers across Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Mel is the result of those years — an AI sales agent designed not for venture-backed software companies, but for the people who actually make things and want a fair shot at the global market. Rite33 is not a marketplace, not a directory, and not a lead-generation service. It is a tool that does the export work for you, in your name, on your terms.

A glossary, in plain words

Buyer. A real company that buys what you make — an importer, distributor, retailer, hotel, restaurant, design studio, or specialty shop. Not a consumer.

Buyer card. The summary Mel produces for each buyer, with the company name, country, website, contact path, brief, and source.

Buyer report. A shareable, public-facing version of a buyer card you can send to your team, your investors, or a partner.

Outreach. The first message you send to a buyer, plus any follow-ups. Mel drafts; you approve and send.

Thread. The full conversation with one buyer — outreach, replies, follow-ups, attachments, notes — in one place.

Credit. The unit Mel uses for searches, drafts, and AI work. The Free plan includes 50 credits per month, with rollover.

MOQ. Minimum order quantity — the smallest order a buyer can place. Mel asks about it in early conversations and pulls your standard terms when buyers ask.

Lead time. How long it takes you to deliver an order after it is placed. Mel includes your standard lead time in drafts when relevant.

FOB / EXW / CIF. Standard international shipping terms. Mel knows them, uses them when buyers ask, and explains them in plain words when you want.

SMTP. The protocol for sending email from your own address. When you connect SMTP, outreach goes from you, not from us.

Pipeline. The visual map of every active deal — outreach sent, replies received, samples shipped, orders placed. Available on the Pro plan.

The short version

You make beautiful things. The world should know. Mel makes that happen — quietly, in the background, in your voice, on your terms — so you can keep doing what you actually love. Get started free.

One more thing — why we built Rite33

For most of the world, the internet promised that any maker, anywhere, could reach any buyer. In practice, that promise has been kept mostly for people who already had English, capital, time, and a network. The ceramicist in Porto, the leather workshop in Florence, the textile mill in Coimbatore, the coffee roaster in Antigua — they were told to build a Shopify store, learn cold outreach, master a CRM, attend trade shows, and translate their catalogs into five languages. Most never did. Most are still selling locally, into a market that is too small for the work they make.

Rite33 exists because we believe the original promise was the right one — every maker should reach every buyer — and because we believe the path to it is not more software for the maker to learn, but a co-worker who already knows the work. Mel is that co-worker. She does the cold outreach so you do not have to. She maintains the pipeline so you do not have to. She speaks the language of international buyers so you do not have to. She works at night while you sleep, so the morning is always full of possibility instead of empty inboxes.

If that resonates, sign up. If you want to talk before signing up, write to support@rite33.com. Either way, the next move is yours — and the world is waiting for what you make.
