Tradica is a family run rug company in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh, established in 2005 under the proprietorship of Ravi Prakash Gupta and continuing a carpet business the family began in 1988 as Dhurries India. The range covers hand knotted wool rugs, wool durries, hand tufted wool rugs, hand woven polyester shaggy rugs, cotton rugs and mats, and rayon chenille rugs, with custom and bespoke pieces made to order. The firm is an active member of the Carpet Export Promotion Council under membership number 6123.

Rugs hand woven in rayon chenille yarn. The chenille construction gives a dense, soft surface.
