Sunny International Limited is a Panipat textile manufacturer founded in 1987 and run by the Jaglan family, with Dalbir Jaglan as chairman and managing director from the start, Sandeep Jaglan joining as director in 2002 and Sunny Jaglan joining in 2008 to head marketing. The company works in two divisions, home furnishing and apparel, and acts as a sourcing partner and fabric vendor as well as a maker, running garmenting machinery for ready made garments. Its home furnishing output centres on bedding, quilt sets and pillow shams rather than floor coverings. The head office sits on the Naultha Gohana Road outside Panipat, with a corporate office at Emaar Digital Greens in Gurugram and a works unit in the HSIIDC estate at Kundli in Sonipat district. On the environmental side the company reports a one megawatt solar installation, a caustic recovery plant that returns about eighty percent of the chemical to use, and LED lighting across its plants.
