Sky Chromotex makes colour reference systems for the carpet and textile industries from Shardapuri, Carpet City, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh. Started in 2008 as a single dyeing unit, it produces pom boxes holding 3,682 dyed yarn shades, 2,102 in wool and 1,580 in viscose, across the SKY 200, 242, 320, 1000, 1200, 1400 and N600 ranges, along with boxes and poms assembled to a colour card supplied by the buyer. It supplies carpet and textile manufacturers in 30 countries and is an active member of the Carpet Export Promotion Council under membership number 7483.
