Sky Chromotex makes colour reference systems for the carpet and textile industries from Shardapuri, Carpet City, Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh. Started in 2008 as a single dyeing unit, it produces pom boxes holding 3,682 dyed yarn shades, 2,102 in wool and 1,580 in viscose, across the SKY 200, 242, 320, 1000, 1200, 1400 and N600 ranges, along with boxes and poms assembled to a colour card supplied by the buyer. It supplies carpet and textile manufacturers in 30 countries and is an active member of the Carpet Export Promotion Council under membership number 7483.

  Colour reference box of dyed wool yarn poms for shade matching in rug production. Part of a wool shade range running to 2,102 colours.

• SKY 320 Viscose

  Colour reference box of dyed viscose yarn poms for shade matching. Part of a viscose shade range running to 1,580 colours.

• SKY 1000 Wool

  Wool pom box holding the SKY 1000 shade range. Used by carpet weavers and dyers to match yarn colour before production.

• SKY 1200 Viscose

  Viscose pom box holding the SKY 1200 shade range. Used to match dyed viscose yarn colour before weaving.

• SKY 1400 Wool

  Wool pom box holding the SKY 1400 shade range. Supplied to carpet manufacturers for dyeing and colour approval.

• Customised Boxes and Poms

  Shade boxes and yarn poms assembled to a colour card supplied by the buyer. Made up in wool, viscose or cotton.
