KW Carpet Company has woven at Bypass Road, Jamunipur, in Bhadohi since 1998, and is a member of the Carpet Export Promotion Council. The house works in hand knotting, hand tufting, handloom and hand weaving, plus cotton and jute flatweaves and a kids range. Wool is sourced from the New Zealand highlands and knotted at densities reaching one hundred and fifty knots per square inch, and the yarn is coloured with non toxic dyes. Four United States ocean import shipments carry the name, the first in November 2014, all four consigned to Yaraghi LLC trading as Safavieh, and the record runs through May 2016.
