Garima Carpet is a Panipat manufacturer and exporter of home textiles, running two production units in Haryana. The company traces its start in the trade to 1991 and began exporting in 2001, and it keeps production in house to hold quality, design confidentiality and delivery schedules. Its range covers rugs, throws, cushion covers, bath mats, stools and poufs, baskets, woven bags and towels, worked in cotton, cashmere, lambswool and polypropylene, with certified organic cotton used for some home textiles. Knitting is done on computerised machines imported from Germany, and the company follows a quality manual based on ISO 9002 requirements with laboratory testing, fabric inspection and a final audit before shipment. It names CTPAT and BSI among its certifications.
The throws are knitted from cotton for warm weather layering or from lambswool for winter, and every piece is pre washed for softness and controlled for shrinkage. They run from lightweight knits through to chunky knits across classic and modern designs.
Cushion covers are made in the same cotton and lambswool yarns as the throws, pre washed for softness and shrinkage controlled. Every cover is finished with a YKK zip, either regular or concealed.
Bath mats are knitted from cotton or lambswool, pre washed for softness and controlled for shrinkage. They are offered from lightweight to chunky knits and carry the same seasonal jacquard, cable and intarsia patterns as the rest of the range.
Garima Carpet makes knitted stools and poufs as part of its home textile range, worked in the same cotton and wool yarns as its rugs and throws. Designs run from plain functional shapes to patterned pieces meant to add colour to a room.
