Classic Home Furnishing Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 1999 and manufactures floor coverings at Kochi in Kerala. It runs three units: a 20,000 square foot plant at Plot 5 in the Cochin Special Economic Zone at Kakkanad, a 35,000 square foot unit in the Cochin KINFRA Export Processing Zone, and a 15,000 square foot unit at the Edayar Export Promotion Zone that houses a dyeing plant. The company operates 35 large handlooms together with semi automatic loom facilities, and works with around 250 subcontracted handlooms in the cottage industry of Kerala. Hand woven rugs are made from jute, coir, sisal, seagrass, abaca and hemp, singly or in combination, using weaving techniques that produce pile and cut pile finishes. Other lines include stencil printed jute rugs, bordered area rugs edged in cotton twill tape, jacquard fabric or leather, and coir doormats tufted into PVC backing.

Plain woven rugs made from jute yarn and stencil printed with a non toxic system. Designs run from a single colour to multi colour patterns of eight to ten colours and are printed to buyer supplied artwork, with checks at several production stages.
Doormats tufted from natural coir fibre into a PVC backing, available in varying sizes. The backing gives anti slip properties, the edges are finished so they do not fray, and custom printing uses azo free water based enamel paints.
Area rugs woven from natural or dyed sisal, coir, jute, seagrass and cotton yarns into mattings, then cut to size. The cut pieces are stitched with borders of cotton twill tape, jacquard fabric or leather before finishing.
