Azra Home Decor makes handmade carpets and rugs, supplying both readymade and bespoke pieces for residential and commercial projects. Weaving covers hand tufted, hand knotted, hand loomed and hand woven construction, worked in cut pile, loop pile, flat weave and soumak. Materials used include wool, New Zealand wool, Mongolian cashmere, alpaca, silk, viscose, cotton, chenille, hemp and jute. Yarn is hand dyed and sun dried, hand spun on hand powered winders, and finished pieces are hand scissored and stitched. Rugs are made in rectangle, square, round and oval shapes to custom dimensions, alongside wall to wall carpet and stair runners. The design team numbers ten.
