Adarsh Exports is a manufacturer and exporter of floor coverings and handicraft items at Civil Line (Pakari) in Bhadohi, the hub of India's hand knotted carpet industry. Its main line is Indo Nepal carpets, offered in five qualities running from 7X18 at 40 knots up to 10X42 at 100 knots, with monthly output of more than 5,000 square metres of carpet. Alongside that it runs a handloom range of 32 designs numbered HL 101 to HL 132, and it takes custom wall to wall orders cut to room size. The wider catalogue takes in sari silk, kilims, gabbeh, soumak pile, loribaft, cotton dhurries, berber, hand painted and hand tufted carpets, wool and silk blends, and hemp and jute weaves.
Hand woven loom carpets carried as a numbered design range of 32 patterns, HL 101 through HL 132 including the 129A and 129B variants. Each design is shown as its own plate in the collection gallery rather than as a swatch family.
Carpet made and cut to cover a room end to end rather than sold in standard rug sizes. It is the company's bespoke line, worked to the buyer's floor plan.
Carpets woven from reclaimed sari silk, one of the natural and recovered fibre lines the company leads with. They sit in the same catalogue as its hemp and jute weaves.
